JASMINE ADAMS

Jasmine Adams is a human capital expert with a passion for careers and currency (building wealth).

 

Utilizing her insider knowledge as a leader in Human Capital & Human Resources inside of some of the most sought after organizations, Jasmine places executives in highly sought after roles across industries.  She also dedicates time to coaching women and minorities on how to command their top salary and strategically navigate their careers.  She began her career as a human capital management consultant in two of the top “Big Four” firms (Deloitte & KPMG) partnering closely with executives to create strategic talent and change management strategies for Fortune 500 Companies.

Additionally, as a way to spotlight inspiring career journeys, share trends in the job market, and helpful career tactics, she executive produces dynamic digital content about careers and currency.

In the community Jasmine is an instructor and guest lecturer on Salary Negotiation, Career Strategy, and Organizational Change Management.  Past speaking engagements include Emory University, University of Pennsylvania (Graduate Programs), Morehouse College, Agnes Scott College, General Assembly in both Los Angeles and Atlanta, and numerous corporate organizations.  She was a featured panelist at Columbia University’s annual Women’s Negotiation Summit and is the founder of a collective of women and minority franchise owners called the Franchise Owners Collective. 

 

Jasmine is a LEAD Atlanta Program graduate, recipient of The 100 Difference Award (Entrepreneurship Category) from the International Alliance for Women (IAW) and of Apex Society’s Award, a United Way VIP Board Training graduate, a member of the Urban League, and a past board member of BWFN (Black Women in Film Network).

 

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Jasmine graduated from Agnes Scott College with a Bachelor’s in Economics and Organizational Management and obtained a Master’s Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York.
