Jasmine is a media guru with a passion for entrepreneurship and career advancement. 

Jasmine is actively pursuing the integration of media and business through her organization Career Convos LLC where she provides career coaching and executive produces interview series profiling dynamic entrepreneurs.  In addition to Jasmine’s media passions, on the business side, her experience includes working closely with business leaders to devise and execute people and organization design strategies.  Jasmine currently leads operations and human resourcing efforts at a production company, has helped scale multiple start up businesses, and was a Human Capital Management consultant with two of the top “Big Four” firms for close to a decade.

In the community Jasmine is an instructor and guest lecturer on Salary Negotiation, Career Strategy, and Organizational Change Management.  Her clients include Emory University, University of Pennsylvania (Graduate Programs), Morehouse College, Agnes Scott College, General Assembly in both Los Angeles and Atlanta, and numerous corporate organizations.  She was a featured panelist at Columbia University’s annual Women’s Negotiation Summit and is the founder of the Atlanta based group BFOA – Black Franchise Owners Alliance. 

Jasmine is a LEAD Atlanta Program graduate, recipient of The 100 Difference Award (Entrepreneurship Category) from the International Alliance for Women (IAW) and of Apex Society’s 30 Under 30 Award, a United Way VIP Board Training graduate, a member of the Urban League, and a board member of BWFN (Black Women in Film Network).

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Jasmine graduated from Agnes Scott College with a Bachelor’s in Economics and Organizational Psychology and obtained a Master’s Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York.
